Who can apply for Festive Aid?
Anyone living in the United Kingdom who is facing hardship this Christmas is welcome to apply. There are no restrictions based on background, faith, or family structure.

Will my application be accepted automatically?
We do our best to support as many households as possible. Applications are prioritised based on need to make sure help reaches those facing the most difficulty.

Is the information I share confidential?
Yes. We never share your information with anyone outside of Festive Aid except necessary details to get the Christmas kit over to you.

When will I hear back after applying?
We aim to review applications and confirm the outcome via email by 13 December 2025.

What comes in a Festive Aid meal kit?
A full Christmas meal kit including your selected main, sides, dessert, and drink. Exact items depend on supermarket stock.

How is the meal delivered?
Your kit is delivered directly to your home by the supermarket. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the date and time window.
